Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of delivery for unused, unopened trash bags in original packaging.

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

For defective products: contact service@chaoluntinghun.com with photos or videos within 7 days of delivery.
